Human Performance Systems  ·  Readiness That Holds

Readiness is a system. We build the system.

Most performance programs are built for calm, well-resourced conditions — and fail the moment those conditions disappear. HP Dynamics designs human performance systems for people and organizations who have to stay ready when the infrastructure supporting them is gone, built by someone who has directed readiness programs at scale.

What we deliver

A systems architect's scope, not a personal-training menu. Every engagement draws on operational experience directing human performance programs at scale, for people and organizations who can't afford to fall apart when conditions turn.

01

Program design & management

End-to-end human performance program architecture, from assessment protocols to reporting cadence.

02

Readiness for degraded conditions

Physical, cognitive, and recovery programming built to hold when the schedule, the facility, and the coach aren't there.

03

High-consequence performance assessment

Evidence-based testing and programming built for operational demands, not general fitness benchmarks.

04

Injury prevention & readiness

Risk-flagging and prevention systems designed to keep people and teams deployable.

05

Performance data systems

Reporting infrastructure that turns individual data into leadership-level readiness visibility.

06

Human performance content & education

Research-grounded writing and training on what actually holds under real-world operational stress.

CSCS PhD Cand. Combat Veteran Executive Protection

Geoffrey Harpster has spent 15+ years building and directing human performance systems at scale — combat infantry leadership, federal human performance program direction, elite athletic performance coaching, and academic instruction — with a career path that also includes protective operations, giving him a firsthand view of what readiness looks like when the environment is anything but ideal.

He currently directs human performance readiness programs at the federal level, supporting tens of thousands of personnel annually, and is a PhD candidate (ABD) in Leadership: Health & Human Performance at Concordia University Chicago, researching how organizations actually adopt — and sustain — human performance systems.

HP Dynamics is built on what that work exposed: most performance programs are engineered for calm, resourced conditions and quietly assumed to transfer to everything else. They don't. HP Dynamics designs for the conditions that actually test people — so readiness holds when the system supporting it disappears.
